Our vacation homes are rented year round with arrival and departure any day except Saturday. Week, Weekend or Midweek rental is possible all year. Add 6% PA tax to all rates and 3% Hotel Tax..

• Full payment is due upon arrival.
• A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• Renters are responsible for home and contents while leased.
• Check in time: 2 P.M. Monday through Saturday
• Check out time:
  • 11 A.M. Monday through Saturday
  • 12 P.M. Sunday, July & August
    
    
• Linens and towels are not included in rates but can be rented at an extra charge.
• Pets require prior permission and charge.

Cancellation Policy

• 45 or more days - no charge
• 44-22 days notice - 1/2 deposit charged
• 21 days or less - full deposit charged

NOTE: If chalet can be re-rented, deposit will be refunded, minus expenses.

• A $75.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
• Renters are responsible for home and contents while leased.
• Check in time: 2 P.M. Monday through Saturday
• A $25 key and cleaning deposit applies to all stays
• Pets require prior permission and a fee of $ 7.50 per night or $ 30 weekly per pet
• Check out time:
  • 11 A.M. Monday through Saturday
  • 1 P.M. Sunday, July & August
